Hubro Education turns every student into a CEO in our online business simulation games. Practice is crucial to develop a deep understanding of any discipline, and Hubro’s business simulations offer an effective, engaging and innovative way to do just that in business education. 

We’re quickly gaining traction in the US and are seeking a new Faculty Engagement Partner to support our growing user base. You’ll be working closely with our sales representatives to support faculty in adopting our business simulations in their courses. 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: 

The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure strong usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of faculty users across North America to maintain customer relationship and ensure successful adoption. 
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, use cases, and subject matter to support faculty in planning and integrating Hubro’s simulations into their courses. 
  • Train faculty in face-to-face or virtual trainings or workshops, including the creation of custom content for key customers. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries, and collaborate with Hubro Education’s sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
  • Develop and manage library of materials for customer training and support in collaboration with the Hubro product team. 
  • Present customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and product development. 
  • Assist sales team in communicating Hubro Education’s services to high-potential prospective customers.  
  • Participate in Hubro Education team gatherings in the US and in Europe. 
  • Plan and execute campus travel to engage in discussions with influential customers, with the goal of creating faculty advocates and developing new business opportunities within the business school. 
  • Present about Hubro Education or about industry or academic topics at conferences, campuses, individual and group trainings, and invited speaker engagements, establishing Hubro as a consultative partner. 
  • Liaise regularly with the Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Sales teams to highlight thoughts and needs of faculty so as to inform future product development.

Qualifications & Education

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of the higher education business market is preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of success in academic publishing, e-learning, or a related professional background.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including excellent public presentation skills and ability to demonstrate technology products in person or electronically.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in PC environment and must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, database applications and PowerPoint.
  • Must be equally adept at working independently and within a team environment.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and creatively to changing business needs.

Preferred

  • Teaching or tutoring experience is a strong benefit.
  • Work experience within higher education is beneficial.

Compensation at SAGE is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, nature and level of experience, qualifications, and other relevant considerations. We anticipate the minimum full-time salary range for this position to be between $64,480.00 - $80,080.00. Please note that the compensation details listed in U.S. role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and additional aspects of the compensation/benefits package for this position during the hiring process.
